These terms govern your use of URBHQ (https://urbhq.co.uk), trade business software for UK sole traders and teams.
The service
URBHQ provides software to manage quotes, jobs, invoices, expenses, mileage, recurring visits, HR tools and related workflows. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts & trials
You must provide accurate account details and keep login credentials secure. Free trials convert to paid plans according to the pricing shown at signup unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Your data
You own the business data you enter. You grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the service. See our privacy policy for details.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use URBHQ to spam customers. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
