URBHQ ("we", "us") provides trade business software for UK sole traders and teams. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

Who we are

Data we process

  • Account details: name, email, phone, business name and billing information
  • Customer and job data you enter (customers, quotes, invoices, expenses, visits, messages)
  • Technical logs needed to run and secure the service

How we use it

  • Provide and improve the URBHQ product
  • Process trials, subscriptions and support requests
  • Send service emails (password reset, booking/portal notices)
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use trusted processors (for example hosting, email delivery and payment providers) only to operate the service. End-customer portal and booking data is processed on behalf of your business.

Retention & security

We keep account and business records while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and backup purposes. Access is restricted and connections are served over HTTPS.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. Contact support@urbhq.co.uk. You may also complain to the ICO.
