Is there a free trial?
Yes - 5 days free on both plans. Add a card at signup; you won't be charged until the trial ends.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes - use Import / Export in Settings to bring in customers, jobs and more from a backup file.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. URBHQ is mobile-first - log expenses, mileage and job updates from the van or on site.
Can my staff log in separately?
On Team plans, each employee gets their own login, mailbox, timesheets and assigned jobs.
Do I need Xero?
No. URBHQ handles quote-to-cash internally. Xero integration is planned - export is available today.
What if I need more than 10 users?

Can I export everything?
